Your Foreplay nail kit includes everything you need to apply perfect nails from home: 

• Free sizing kit sent prior to receiving your nails 
• 10 nails that fit perfectly 
• Nail glue
• Adhesive tabs
• Cuticle pusher
• Alcohol pads
• Nail file
• Application/removal instructions 

Press ons can be worn for 2 weeks with proper glue application. 

To reapply nails remove glue under nails.
