How do I put in an order?

1. Select your favorite design and checkout 

2. Complete the sizing kit sent to you prior to your nail order 

3. Email your sizes to shopforeplay.co@gmail.com

4. Allow 5 to 7 business days and you will have nails that fit perfectly!

How do I know my size?

Every nail order comes with a free sizing kit sent to you before receiving your nails. After completing the sizing kit, email your sizes to shopforeplay.co@gmail.com and your nails will be shipped to you within 5 to 7 business days. 

What comes with my nails? 

All nail orders come with a free sizing kit and a free application kit which include: alcohol pads, cuticle pusher, glue, sticky tabs, nail file, and application/removal instructions. 

How long does it take to receive my sizing kit?

All sizing kits are shipped out next day and you should receive them in 3 to 5 days depending on speed of USPS carrier. 

How long will it take to receive my nails?

All nails are made to order! After your sizes are emailed, our turnaround time is typically 5 to 7 business days but this is just an estimate! Each set is hand crafted and takes time to make. We try our best to produce and ship orders as quickly as possible. Ready to ship sets are shipped out next day! 

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship USPS First class and generally take between 3-7 days. However, due to Covid-19, there may be a delay.

How long do Press-on nails last?

Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands, and your choice of adhesive. With nails tabs you can wear them for a few days or a few hours. With nail glue, for about 2 to 3 weeks with proper application. We include detailed application and removal instructions with every order.

Are press-on nails reusable?

Yes, using nail tabs is easier to re wear nails multiple times. When using glue, we recommend filing off excess glue on the artificial nail before reapplication.  Press ons can be used up to 3 to 5 times based on wearer. 

Do you offer custom nails?

 Yes! You can submit a custom order form located on our main menu or send a message via Facebook or Instagram to discuss details and pricing.

 

 What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?

After your package is sent to the post office, we are no longer responsible for your item(s).  If your package is lost or stolen, file a claim here with USPS https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or call 1(800) 275-8777.

If your package is returned to us, you will have to repay for shipping if you want your item resent.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If item arrives damaged, you have 48 hours from the time your item was delivered to contact us about receiving a replacement.
